I've been working out for 9 years but never losing any weight until I made lifestyle changes. I transitioned to raw foodism, started watching my stress, and taking better care of myself. I lost 30 pounds. I have 10 more pounds to lose to reach my ideal weight.

I'm learning to play electric guitar but my time is limited since I started seriously workingout. I also have three dogs. Three boxers. They keep me pretty busy. I love gardening and I've made my backyard my own private sanctuary. Well, except I share it with my three big dogs.
