I tried Power90 about 2 years ago and became ill for about 10 days and just never got back into it. The virus I had kicked any motivation out of me and I felt the results of it for months after. (And I was at day 25!) Yikes!

I was on vacation recently and saw and updated version of Power90 and wanted to power up one more time. . .this time to commit, do it right and FINISH the race. So this time I thought I'd start with a bad sinus infection!!! Would it figure that the day I committed to begin was the day I'd come down with that. Well here it is day 4 into it and alghough it takes everything I've got to get motivated to just get in there and do it (with the aches that come with a sinus infection) I've done it!!! And each day after I've completed my session, I feel much better than I did going into it! (Would recommend it to anyone though!)
I'm tired of being out of shape and physiclly out of balance - so here we go! Would like to find a commited workout bud too.
I'm trying hard to commit to a three part goal as I "ease" into my 45th birthday (now 9 months away). And that is to be balanced spiritually, emotionally and physically. Also, trying to get my posture from my shoulder up back into balanc. So P90 IS going to help me achieve one of my goals for my three part overall goal!
I'm here to Run The Race and finish strong!

Just finished day 60!!!! Dang I'm lovin this!!! Still need to loose more body fat and need to be a little better in the last 30 days with the diet, but I've gained some decent muscle mass. . .especially for me! Thanks Tony, Mark and the gang at MDB. I'm sold on the results so far! I'm seeing balance to my physical body, which was so badly needed!!! Yahooooooooooooooooooo!
