I have been on and off the P90X wagon for a year and a bit now. Last year I lost about 30 lbs of fat during one round of P90X with the nutrition plan. I have crept back up, but I will be bringing my workouts to afghanistan this winter, and hope to see a new me when I get back. I will not be on any boards or chats while I am there but wish me luck anyways. Later!
