I am just your average 26 year old guy that happens to be little overweight. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force and need to get back into shape, especially before the next PT Test (I hate those!) The test consists of 1-min. Push-ups, 1-min. Sit-ups, and a 1.5 mile run. The push-ups and sit-ups are of no issue, but that run! The run is horrible! I am only able to run it in 14
