DuPont, WA I am just your average 26 year old guy that happens to be little overweight. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force and need to get back into shape, especially before the next PT Test (I hate those!) The test consists of 1-min. Push-ups, 1-min. Sit-ups, and a 1.5 mile run. The push-ups and sit-ups are of no issue, but that run! The run is horrible! I am only able to run it in 14 I am just your average 26 year old guy that happens to be little overweight. I am only able to run it in 14 minutes, but I need to get it down to 10 minutes or at least 11 minutes.
***UPDATE*** My new run time for the Air Force PT Test is 12:51, I am well on my way to my ultimate goal of 10:00 flat! Anyway, I graduated basic training and Tech school at only 150 lbs and did alright for myself for a while. But the enemy was close by and struck with no warning. I was blindsided by the attack! The name of this enemy is Laziness. I fell victim to what I thought couldn't happen. I was able to eat everything and anything I wanted without fear of gaining weight, but something changed. I stopped working out and was just not as active as I once was and it all caught up to me, I had ballooned up to a high of 242 lbs. I am now working out every day and trying very hard to reach my goals. Through Beachbody and P90x I know I will reach my goals. The forums and chats will be a great tool to help me also. I will be seeing you all in WOWY and lets work together to reach our goals. Good luck everybody!

It wont be long before I reach my goals, and I know that through Beachbody I will not only reach my goals, but surpass them!!
