With both of us working and with the band, (www.myspace.com/aaronballmusic), our life can get hectic but we love it.
We have 2 kids, Ethan who is 6, and Rebecca is 3. Both are redheads and are a handful and a Hey Everyone! In what little spare time I have, I devote it to my kids and a few hobbies.
When i'm not working on computers and networks, and when my kids are in bed you'll usually see playing some video games or studying for school.
Lately I've decided that it's time to get my fat butt off the couch and get in shape. I've invested in the p90x system and I have to say, it is AMAZING. I've just completed round 1 of P90X, and the results speak for themselves!

I will be starting P90X+ soon and am stoked about getting in even better shape! Honestly, this is the best shape i've ever been in, in my life!
But it doesn't go to 90 days and stop there, it's a whole lifestyle change and I highly recommend it do anyone wanting to improve their health.

I was in the military about 10 yrs ago and in the best shape of my life. I could do over 50 pushups and situps in 2 min and ran a 7 min mile.
Well now, i'm 265lbs. and can maybe do 5 in 2 min, and my mile run is nowhere near 7min.
Well that's going to change. I've decided that i'm not going to just let it go at 90 days. I'm making a complete lifestyle change and I have committed to being healthy and happy!
