My transformation started on December 22, 2008 when I was training for the ING marathon. As a competitive endurance athlete, I'm always looking for ways to get stronger, leaner, and faster. My More...
My transformation started on December 22, 2008 when I was training for the ING marathon. As a competitive endurance athlete, I'm always looking for ways to get stronger, leaner, and faster. My search brought me to Team Beach Body. Through the grape vine I heard that it was possible to get stronger, leaner, and faster by following the P90X program so I decide to give it a try. After just two weeks I was able to drop 7 pounds, gain more muscle, and get faster. On January 25, I was able to put my new found body to the test during the ING half Marathon and I'm very happy to report that I passed the test with flying colors. My finishing time for the ING half was 1:41 and I finished stronger then ever and with little or no muscle soreness. My next goal is to compete in the Fort Lauderdale half marathon on Feb 22, 2009, stay tune for the results.
