Somewhere around 24 I absolutely lost control of my health and became obese.
I was fit through 17 to 24 and always saw myself as active healthy I did competed in salsa dancing competitions in Mexico city, dancing four hours everyday seventh days a week . However, I’d changed. I weighed 180 in high school and, I weighed about 285 at age 35. Gaining 105 lbs in 10 years I was now overweight, with no more activities

I tried exersice couple days. Tried it like three times, but couldn’t give up carbs. Then once per week and workout like a maniac for about an, half hour, but I’d sweat a lot and look real serious about it. I’d hurt my joints so much it took me the rest of all the week to recover. I’d had a gym membership for 3 years already. For my $20 per month I’d only made it occasionally because it was inconvenient and when I did get there, I really didn’t know what I was doing.
After several attempts of loosing weigh and exercising I never stop thinking about the roll there I play on my family; My kid was following my same steps (30lbs.overt weight) then I realize the it was time for me to coach my kid & that’s exactly what I did I order Tony & the Kids and I it working out with him in daily basis and also, I began to follow the eating advice right away from The Club. There was a lot of eating advice. By just changing my eating habits and working out moderated with P90X, I had already lost 10 pounds and my kid 7 in the first two weeks.
I’m able to maintain my level of fitness through good habits witch it set a positive encourage for my kid. I am really gratefully to be part of the Family of Team beach body because they are real people who take real care of the health of the American families.
