I can go all day eating right and then binge at night.
Power 90 & P90X are excellent!! As a coach with experience prior to joining Beachbody - I am consistently amazed at how perfectly structured their workouts are. The science, and professional instruction is all there.
I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to be a part of this and am excited to have another way to put my coaching skills to work for people who need help.

***June-08 I started MDB/TBB in June at 187 lbs & lost 7 lbs (180 lbs). Mostly dieting, running, cycling & a little P90X. ***July-08 I got sick for two weeks beginning of July. I gained back 4 lbs (184 lbs). I was healthy & back into it for a week - when I had an accident/crash on a wakeboard and injured my ribs. I was unable to do to much for a week. I am using the Power 90, along with cycling & light jogging. I have had to struggle with diet lately since my intensity of working out is reduced. Once my ribs heal, I'll be back on track! I am mostly enjoying helping others who want to lose more weight. ***Aug. 08 - Just when my ribs healed - I took another fall on the wakeboard.. Ribs again! Just trying to have too much fun this summer!! I know the injury. Will take another month. Sticking to the cycling for now. **9/27/08*** Ribs are all healed up and I am hitting the Power 90 hard! Weather has been great too - so I am doing my 1 hour/18 mile cycling loop 1-2x a week. I feel great right now. Hope I don't burn myself out or get sick. I can wrestle with my kids on the floor again & play a little soccer now since I am healed up (they are 5 & 6). I plan to get through the Power 90 - then work my way into P90X. **10/16/08** Today I started P90X. I noticed some shoulder pain & my ribs started hurting again - so we'll see how it goes. Definitely an exhausting program that should explode my results - if I don't get injured. **Nov. 13, 2008** I had to go back to Power 90. That's ok. I am very happy with it and it's really perfect for me. I have experienced amazing results with it. I am going to keep going and eventually get to P90X! BRING IT!
