I am here for outside support. I already have the support of my husband and kids, but need someone to help keep me accounted for with my workout routine. My husband and kids walk with me in the evenings and I really enjoy that. Thank you for reading. God bless you!
Update: July 19, 2008- I took a vacation for 4th of July and I am just now getting back on track. Haven't lost any weight, but thankfully I didn't gain any either so here's to a new start and a more energetic go at it! I have to thank my buddies for sending me invitations because if you guys didn't then I probably would not have gotten off of my lazy butt to work out again. Thank you so much for working out with me. Wowy is definitely the best thing I have done. Thanks for reading!

I am a happily married 27 year old christian stay at home mommy! I gained weight with my 2 pregnancies & had both via c-section. The extra weight made me feel tired & sluggish most of the time so I finally looked into losing the weight. So far I've lost 32 lbs. My clothes are literally falling off of me! It has been a long road & I still have so much more to lose, but I feel great! I started using Turbo Jam in April 2008. I did well for the first 2 1/2 months. We went out of town for the 4th of July & I stopped working out. I finally started back up in January 2009. I have changed the way I eat. I now eat smaller portions of clean food. I eat whole grains and keep count of my calorie intake and calories burned as well as my protein and fiber! I feel absolutely great when I give my body the food to fuel it instead of big portions of fatty foods. Getting up every morning at the same time to exercise feels soo good! I feel like something is totally off when I miss a workout! I think for me the changing point was my mom telling everyone I was on a diet. I realized that I had to correct her & my own thinking. It isn't just a diet that lasts for merely a week or even a month, but it's a new lifestyle. I do want to lose the weight & keep it off, but more than that I want to eat, be, and live healthy not only for myself but for my husband, kids, parents, brother, & close friends. I hope to show people that it can be done. I made up my mind & gave it over to God. With God, all things are possible & God does want us to be happy. We can be healthy and live well! That's my story.
