I've been a fairly active guy most of my life-always enjoying sports--both playing and watching. I've played for soccer clubs for about 7 years and stopped a year before going off to college. After putting on a few unwanted fat pounds and becoming less conditioned, it was time for a change. P90X was, is, and will continue to be my savior from the 'unfit lifestyle' I'm all about giving my full effort and staying dedicated--I'm ready to "stir up some soups," "try my best" and simply "BRING IT" every work out

After stopping my 7 year soccer career my body started get used to the "laid back" part of life. I was not able to run as long, I was doing less and less weights, and I could tell my body was hating me for it. I realized it was time for a change but I had a lack of motivation until I met "Mr. P90X himself" aka Joel (JLJ Magic) Oliva. I saw the results he got from P90X and I just had to give it a try. Being a 20 year old full time college student at SDSU I knew it would be hard to stay fully committed to the program but I stuck with it. Getting numerous tips from JLJ Magic, my form improved and now in the third month of the P90X program I am able to do more than I could have ever imagined. Being a college student...it's a bit hard for me to stick with a strict diet but "I try my best and forget the rest!" My main goal is actually to gain weight, and surprisingly so far it's been a rough road. I'm 5'9"-5'10" at 136 pounds. I know, it's a bit lean but I'm going to continue to work to achieve weight gain (to a certain extent). My work won't stop at the end the third month and I wouldn't recommend doing that for anyone either. Instead I wil continue to do the workouts for months to come in hopes of achieving my goals.
