I'm a 48 year old male, who has recently started using the P90 cardio/sculpt videos. I work in the pharmaceutical industry, traveling often, and over the last 10+ years have found little time for exercise. As my children has gotten in their teens I have found that I am able to free up more time and have made the committment to try and get myself back into shape, and to lose weight. I work in the pharmaceutical industry, traveling often, and over the last 10+ years have found little time for exercise. As my children has gotten in their teens I have found that I am able to free up more time and have made the committment to try and get myself back into shape, and to lose weight. For the past 2 months I have been making the effort exercise (P90 videos)at least 5-6 days per week and have found that I am feeling better,sharper, and have lost about 5lbs or more. I was weighing in at over 250 lbs+ and have just this weekend (Feb 16, 2008) hit the scales at 245 lbs. At this weight I still fill fairly fit, but this can improve and I am determined to get back down close to 200 lbs by the end of 2008.
My biggest challenge is I have a tremendous fondness for food...and not always the right kind. I like my sweets, carbs (breads, pastas) and realize that even though I am getting in better shape I need to change my diet to see a more significant impact to my weight.
I would like to get diet support, and have no knowledge as to what types of supplements, etc that could help me achieve my goals.

I have been doing the P90 tapes for the past few months and have lost just over 5 lbs. I am feeling fairly fit, but believe that I can make more progress if I adjust my diet and get a better understanding of supplements, etc that could benefit me. I am at 245lbs at the moment and have a end of year 2008 goal of 200lbs. At my lightest weight I was about 180 lbs at which time I was racing bicycles (18 years ago) and was in great shape. I have fairly large frame and am eager to get my body fat down considerably this year. I am heading quickly towards 50 years of age and want to make sure I am in the best shape possible in the coming years.
