I have always been on the slim side of life, but have always maintained the body weight appropriate for my size, height and age. Recently however I have not been sticking to a good diet and have dropped under my normal weight.

I have been searching for weight gain programs, but as the majority of society is trying to loose weight these programs are hard to find...if they even exist. In my research however I've discovered that a major part of weight loss, gain and maintenance is...exercise.

In the past my exercise routine has been sporadic with no real routine set. I worked out when I felt like it, and tried some weight training, but with no real success since I was not consistent.

I eat a vegan diet (although at times I still don't consume enough fruits and vegetables as I should). And find my self not consuming enough water, and too much processed foods, sugar and salt.

My transformation story is still a work in progress. I am changing my diet to include more fruits and vegetables, and getting back to the original diet God intended for us to eat.

I am excited to see what Beach Body has to offer, not only in terms of exercise DVD's and supplements, but all of the networking and support that are important when trying to reach my your goals. This is the only program I've seen that not only provides all of the calculators, and charts necessary for creating my goals, but contests and a business opportunity for trying to live a healthier life.

I'm excited to create and start my own training program, and look forward to uploading my before and after photos!
