Hi, I'm a mother of 4. I'm pretty slim but not as fit as I'd like to be, or even
used to be. I was a competitive swimmer at a higher level when I was young
and was fit as a result of that. I competed in some triathalons and remained
active in many sports over the years. 4 yrs ago i was in a bad car accident that left me in bed
with a ton of pain. I had a spinal injury and some brain damage. A

Since i bought the ten minute trainer, I have also bought Shawn T's hip hip
abs, as well as Turbo Jam. I'm having a great time with my workouts. I work
from home so i am able to work out More...
Since i bought the ten minute trainer, I have also bought Shawn T's hip hip
abs, as well as Turbo Jam. I'm having a great time with my workouts. I work
from home so i am able to work out often. I currently work out morning,
noon, and evening. 5 workouts on average per day. I'm eating better, i sleep
on average of 7 hours a night, and i'm in a positive mood everyday. I love
what Beachbody has done for my life. It's given me back the old me. Thank
you.
