Grants Pass, OR Hi I live in Southern Oregon. I have always been FLUFFY (the polite was to say FAT). I gain & lose weight with stress, it just depends on the reason. With Beachbody products in 2008 I lost 63lbs in 6.5 months! YEA! In the winter I gained 15lbs of muscle and 15lbs of fat back. Starting Jan 09 I was WO off and on with TJ, HHA, GBG, Zumba and Weight Lifting. I've just not eaten right and have just Hi I live in Southern Oregon. I've just not eaten right and have just been fluctuating with 10lbs. I'm tired of it and want a change.. I ordered REV ABS and my START date is 102609. I will get into the REV ZONE and eat right and do the recommended WO's. That will be a first for me. I've always switched things up my way. I passed the Fit Test and am Ready to Rev it High, Rev it Low, I'm Strong, Committed and Ready to GO!

I started HHA January 15th 2008, starting weight was 211lbs. I worked hard and after a few months incorporated Turbo Jam to my routine. By July 05, 2008 I weighed 148lbs and lost over 80 inches. I then platued for the next 3 months varring from 150-155lbs. I started weight lifting and in October knocked my cardio down to only 1 hour a day and stopped walking/jogging.. I therefore gained 30lbs back, 15lbs Muscle and 15lbs fat. December 23rd I got back up to 185lbs.. What a total disappointment. In Jan 09 I was back to PP until March then started Lifting Heavy again. I've just floating from 171-181 and I'm tired of it. I've done it before and will do it again. This time with REV ABS! I'm excited to jump on board with Brett! I'm excited to give you results in 45 days!
