Buffalo, NY I am a professional photographer and mother of 3. Ive been married now for almost 15 years to a wonderful man, Bill. I started gaining weight during my 2nd pregnancy when I was 23 years old, and the weight just never came off. I have several medical conditions, arthritis, asthma, foot problems and neck problems & Raynauds Syndrome that limit some of the moves I can or can not do but it doesnt I am a professional photographer and mother of 3. Ive been married now for almost 15 years to a wonderful man, Bill. I started gaining weight during my 2nd pregnancy when I was 23 years old, and the weight just never came off. I have several medical conditions, arthritis, asthma, foot problems and neck problems & Raynauds Syndrome that limit some of the moves I can or can not do but it doesnt stop me from trying and/or modifying to suit my needs. I try not to let my conditions hinder my progress, even though sometimes they do. When I feel better I pick up right where I left off! I do not use excuses anymore I just get up and I push play. You can too! I have been out of commission for several months now due to having a much needed hysterectomy as well as another major surgery a month prior. I have been doing some traveling so that limits when I can work out as well. I have had a lot of support from friends and family and I can not and could not have gotten this far without their support. Thank you MDB and all the friends Ive made here in helping me with my Journey to a healthier lifestyle!

Its been just under 2years to the day that I began working out and using MDB as my "go to" site for support, nutritional advise and scheduling workouts. I have made some very valuable friendships and I will continue to make more as the days, months and years go by. In the past 21 months I have lost 27 inches and 8lbs. I could have done better but as we all know life gets in the way. I am back on track and I plan on making 2009 my year of success in many ways. I recently became a coach and I am dedicated to helping others achieve their dream of becoming healthy, just as I have dreamed. I still work out to Turbo Jam, and occasionally mix it up with Hip Hop Abs. I have started using P90X and I love most of it! Im still not quite where I want to be in the program, that is a work in progress. I also started training in Tae Kwon Do. I am now a yellow belt! This has been a life long dream of mine, to become a black belt. I am finally reaching for that elusive star and making it all mine!!! This year I will be slim and healthy and finally achieve my goal!
