Harrisburg, PA I started with Beachbody in 2003 and I'm now 40 years old and still keeping an active lifestyle and using the Beachbody workout programs. I can't imagine ever going back to the sedentary lifestyle I used to lead. Exercise is a part of my life now, and not a thing I need to try and fit in to my day. There is always time for staying healthy.

I saw a BB infomercial at 2:00am and couldn't stop watching. What amazing results. It looked like something I could do and stick to. I went to the website the next day and odered Slim in 6. I checked out the message boards right away and it really got me motivated. I couldn't wait for my package to arrive. My DVDs arrived on a Tuesday and I just couldn't wait until the following Monday to start, so I just dove right in. Sticking to a diet plan was always a challenge for me, but I knew I wanted to see results like the people on the infomercial and the website, so I really tried to plan my grocery list from the food guide. I loved the workouts and really gave it my all. I could tell I was getting stronger every day and the inches starting melting away. I'm excited to have finished the 6 weeks and I'm ready to jump into my next round.
