I am a 36 year old wife and mother of 3 very active children. I am ready to have a healthy and fit body. I am tired of being overweight! I need to get fit and healthy, so I can be around to enjoy my kids. I was thin in high school, but didn't have to work to maintain my weight. As the years went by, I gradually increased in size. I had lost 10 pounds prior to my wedding and at 21 years old I was down to 115 pounds. Of course, I gained the weight back within a few years. After my first child was born, I was able to return to my prepregnancy weight within a few weeks, but within 6 months I had gained 10 pounds. Two years and another baby later, I was 145 pounds and my body did not want to give up the "baby fat". Six years later, I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd child, and I weighed 157 pounds. I found it more difficult to take any weight off and 19 months later am still at 156 pounds. I go up and down a few pounds, but can't seem to drop the weight. WOW! I had gained 40 pounds in 15 years! I need to get fit and healthy, so I can be around to enjoy my kids. It's time to have an awesome body! Let's get started together! December 2008~ I started Chalean Extreme and am excited about this awesome workout. January 2008~Okay, it's been 30 days and I posted the 30 day pic up. I can feel a difference in my clothes and have lost over 6 1/2 inches off my body in 30 days!
