I am at the beginning of my transformation. After viewing pictures from a wonderful vacation in China, reality hit the fan as I saw in print my big butt and muffin top roll around my waist. As someone who considers herself extremely active it was the sharp blow that I needed to finally regain control over my body. I know that diet and exercise is key but the as a consultant that travels 90%of time it is hard to keep a regular workout routine and eat properly (at least that's what I told myself).

As luck would have it I have a month off before my next project starts. I desperately began searching for a boot camp or personal trainer that I could work out with to get a jump start on my fitness goals. That's how I met Trevor Pace. When I met Trevor he was training two "skinny" ladies and I made the comment that I must have come on skinny girl night. Trevor laughed and said no I transform bodies and I can transform yours. He introduced me to the beachbody website and I am excited to see the transformation begin. My goal is to be an inspiration to the BBW's and BBM as well as the traveling workforce by showing it can be done in a realistic timeframe in realistic exercise time constraints. (no exercising 8 hours a day for me). Follow my transformation. I took some before shots that I will post at the end of each month so you can see the transformation. 8/7 It has been 1 month since I started my transformation and so far I have lost 5lbs and over 13 inches. I have gone from a size 18W Jeans to a 14W. I have started jog/walk 3.5 miles 2-3 times a week and I have climed stone mountain twice. I feel so much better I would have never been able to do that before. Looking forward to the end of my first 90 days. I'm going to by some regular size 12 Jeans and take a before now and an after shot when I get in them.
