I am in the US Army, and have been for 10 years. I am married, work full time, mother of 2 kids; 5 and 4 (busy bees!!). I have done different workouts since 2004, and they have all worked in their unique ways. I am also enrolled in an online university, working on my Masters degree...no time for anything!

I have always liked sports and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy reading, jogging, exercising, cooking, going to church and spending time with the family. It is my goal to help others reach a great life...where working out is not dreaded, and to instill the confidence that one day at a time, will get you somewhere faster than doing nothing at all everyday. Working out at home with these programs is awesome; there is a great support system, great coaches and workout buddies that can keep you accountable.
My greatest hope is to help women/mothers...that think they cannot ever look the way they did prior to having kids or getting married. You may be right...if you don't have someone like me to help you out, but YOU CAN LOOK EVEN BETTER TOO. I found this program through an infomercial at 4am when I had my son, and he was just a little over a month old. My first program was Slim in 6... results: incredible!! I started 2 months after my 2nd c-section, and 6 weeks later I had lost almost 20 lbs and felt G-R-E-A-T!. Like I mentioned before, I am a mother of 2 and was always a size 0 prior to that (106 lbs). After completing one round of Slim in 6, I had lost almost 20 lbs...my muscles were toned and my clothes were falling off. My legs were toned, so were my arms, my face looked thinner and my waistline too!!
Since then I have done some of the SlimSeries workouts and Tony Horton's Power Half Hour workouts. These will get your metabolism going and you will see the change in your body in the first week. I took a chance with the workouts, very reluctantly...but after reading all the testimonies, and surfing through the pages filled with inspiring stories...I was like, well I lose nothing in trying. This is the FIRST program I can witness to as being 100% effective if you just stick with it, follow healthy eating habits, and even incorporate some of the supplements and other aides to your daily routine. I promised never to pay for a gym membership, because I can get even better results from the comfort of my living room, whether it is after the kids got to bed, or before they wake up in the morning...I no longer have any excuses.
I'm starting a round of Turbo Jam and I'm loving it...let's get the party going!! Don't keep thinking about it, come join me!!! :) No matter how tired you are...once u start get'n down with this crew, u'll forget all about it.
