I am a massage therapist of 12 years. I live with my very supportive boyfriend of 5 years in Seattle. I love to hike and camp, and am an experienced equestrian... though I don't have time to ride anymore. I hardly have any down time, and what I do have is spent studying or with my P90X videos. I'm so happy to finally be working on myself!

Before starting the P90X program, I was so tired all the time, stressed out, and gaining weight. Even though I'm still a small person, I didn't have the figure I used to - having gone from a size 3 to a size 7 in 5 years time. I had cellulite that was never there before and I was continuing to gain weight. My health was in question as well. I had such bad breath that my boyfriend would sometimes sleep on the couch. So I went to see my Naturopath. After several blood tests and a stool test, it was determined I had very low Adrenal Gland function from stress, and my digestion and iron levels were compromised by parasites and a caloric intake of only 800 calories! So after starting a customized supplement regimen, and following the diet planner on BeachBody.com for about 1 month, I felt good enough to start the P90x program. I sold my dining room set to make room for my little gym, and bought all the equipment I needed. I have been so diligent in everything - watching my diet, measuring out my portions, keeping my protein shakes and bars with me, getting my workout in EVERY day no matter what time or how I feel. I haven't missed a single day. I work 6-7 days a week as a massage therapist, and I know the only reason I have been able to get through every day is because of my work-outs and diet. It was so hard at first and at different times during my progress, but I saw what other people had done and dug right in. I recently got a check up by my Naturopath, and she was excited to see my progress and that I had been exercising. She said I've turned around faster than anyone she's ever seen - all because of my commitment. My boyfriend is amazed and wants to start the program now too. People see a difference in me... I'm so proud of myself for doing this. I've never been able to stick to any routine of exercise before, and doing this at home is the trick for me with my hectic schedule. I just bought the Slimming Formula and P90X Peak Recovery Formula to continue my progress. I want to be lean and feel fabulous for the rest of my life.
