Hi, I am Steve living outside of Boston Mass. I turned 30 last year and feel it's time to get great results on my body. I've been working out for a few years off and on and it feels like I am not getting where I want to be. I do workout hard and a lot.

When I am not doing that, I am trying to play my guitar, go out with friends, browse my computer and hang with the gf.
