Here is what's new with me: SHAKEOLOGY!! Love it. I have felt such a difference in my energy levels since drinking Shakeology. I personally like the Chocolate with either a 1/2 banana or tsp of peanut butter, or both! I blend it with water and ice and it is goooood. One year of being a part of the Beachbody community and I can truly say that its been fabulous!! I personally have been able to practice better eating and nutrition habits for me and my family. I continue to make a healthier lifestyle a part of our lives. The physical changes are great. As a coach with Team Beachbody, my life has drastically changed in a fiscal way, too. The opportunity that this has provided for me and my family, friends, and community is remarkable. This is why I mention it in "my transformation story". What TeamBeachbody has given us truly has changed our lives. I am truly excited about all that is to come this year.

Have you ever felt this way? I was tired, no, exhausted most of the time. I would wake up tired and never really get energy throughout the day, then collapse in bed at night. I realized that I had felt this way for many years and I couldn't remember when I last felt truly good. I was tired of being tired. I began to work out with Power 90 and for the first time in a long time, I felt good! As the 2nd week of exercising with Tony became routine, I was feeling GREAT! I have more energy than I've had since I was a kid. Boy, was I truly out of shape. My goals in the beginning were to make exercising a routine, to develop healthier eating habits (no more eating until you roll out from the table and onto the couch), and to increase my energy level. Now, I have set for myself some new goals... I would like to continue making my healthier lifestyle more routine, along with taking the proper supplements to feed my body what it needs, and to work toward a transformation to make my body more fit, toned, and in shape as ever. I love the increased energy I have so far and now I have to use that energy to reach my new goals.
