If you want it, go out and get it. I purchased P90X about a year ago and sparatically put a disc in every now and then. I just didn't seem to find the time to work out no matter how good my intentions were to do so. I was eating terrible. I was working 40 hours a week plus going to school for 5 hours a night. I usually would just eat out because it was quick and easy. It wasn't long before I reached my heaviest weight, 205. On my 5'7" frame that is considered obese. My body felt terrible, no energy and terrible indegestion all the time. Once school was over i told myself I was going to start working out again. I did i was working out pretty regularly but I didn't see any changes. It wasn't until I had to go buy a pair of pants with a 38" waist. That just wasn't going to do, I had to make a change and I knew what i had to do was commit to working out EVERYDAY and also had to get serious about eating clean. Diet and exercise go hand in hand not metter what you tell yourself or want to believe. You will not get the results you want if you think you are going to do one without the other. I decided to stop eating out and stop eating meat. Immediately I felt better. After a week i lost 5lbs and my indegestion went away. I kept at it working out at the same time everyday to form a habit and now I have lost 35lbs. The way I feel can't be compared to how I used to feel. There is no way I can go back to my bad habits because it feels so much better to be healthy. My goal at the beginning was to have a six pack this year, although i haven't reached that goal yet i am well on my way. I have a new goal, once I get my six pack I want to try and get into the modeling industry. We will see what happens but I no without a goal there is no hope. If you are reading this and you don't have a goal you need to set some. Without somne kind of goal you have to reason to change and you will give up. If you have a goal you will stay motivated and if ytou share your goal with others they will be able to keep you focused and encouraged. So dream big, you can do it it all starts with pushing play one day at a time!
