As a young person I struggled with body image/eating disorder and I also suffered with post partum depression with all three of my children. My weight was 175 at the highest. After my third child was born I was tired and overwhelmed. At times I wanted to give up on my health and wellness.

But, I looked to turn things around by going to the gym more often. But, the gym never did give me new results and it was taking up a lot of time!

I have been in health, fitness and lifestyle coaching for 20 years. These programs are the real deal and work! I was a curious skeptic--A skeptic YET CURIOUS to try this for myself to see if it works. This works and faster then any other program out there. I am feeling my best and looking my best in my 40's!

I set out to see what I could push myself to do from what I call: Beyond the Bus Stop! My goals with P90X started out to just have more energy, be more fit and try to get the six-pac that I never had in my life. Like many people I was not sure if I could do it at my age. But, each day I had a choice. Here was a program that has transformed lives. Why would I not want to experience that in my life?

I was able to achieve my dream body and more with P90X in 90 days! I found a community here of like-minded people who set goals and worked hard to achieve them together! WOWY and the boards made a huge difference in my motivation. It is such a life lesson to be found here..... COURAGE to try, DETERMINATION to keep going, COMMITTMENT to get results, and then SUCCESS will follow!

THE JOY OF SELF DISCIPLINE OR THE PAIN OF REGRET was a choice I had each day!
