Through all of this hard work and fitness/nutrition awareness I would actually like to be a fitness and nutrition guide for people who want to reach lofty goals of fitness that they have always dreamed about. Through all of this hard work and fitness/nutrition awareness I would actually like to be a fitness and nutrition guide for people who want to reach lofty goals of fitness that they have always dreamed about. I have gotten consistent results in my personal life and feel that by the time my date of seperation rolls around I will be knowledgable and experienced enough to help others reach their fitness goals, professionally.
I am doing P90X and follow it every day, making sure to stay on track by doing my workouts prior to going somewhere when my workouts may not be possible.
I am currently in a 140 day competition. I am set to finish out my first round of P90X on 11JUL09 and look forward to rolling right into P90X+ to get supersonic results. That cash prize and great health is all but mine!

I have restarted my fitness journey several times in the past. It wasnt until I was out of Basic Military Training that I finally went with a fitness goal and stuck with it. I went for a month and a half prior to graduation of tech school and went home on leave after I graduated.
When I got home I had dropped from 26% body fat to 17% body fat, 220 lbs to 196 lbs, and 41 inch to 35 inch waistline. Im looking to reach some serious goals again.
My transformation takes place in competition form this time. I am in a personal competition with several friends from home for a cash prize for the most fit and largest margin of progress out of the competitors. My competition start is at 202 lbs, 40 inch waist, and 26.4% body fat.
Im going for gold in this round of fitness improvement. The length of the competition is 140 days total. As of this being typed I have dropped nearly an entire inch from my waistline. No solid stats though since I made a promise to only track stats every 15 days to prevent being discouraged.
Update: I have reached my 21 day mark and have great progress under my belt for it being under the 30 day mark. This is going to be very exciting. I can notice the difference in how it makes work easier on me. Im enjoying the progress so far and look forward to round two as I round the bend into my recovery week.
