Hi, I'm T-Rex(Tom for short).I,m 49 going on 18 years old.I am a auto technician in a small shop in Osseo Mn. I'm married with 5 children ages 21,19,11,7,5.I messed up my right shoulder playing softball 2 years ago October.After 3 surgeries I still can't raise my arm above my shoulder.My wife (tri-mom)wanted to try this program and asked if I would do it with her.I agreed.So here I am doing the
