Washington, MD Well, here goes. I am 33 years young and have three boys (4,2, and 3months). Anywho, I have always have been athletic I have a black belt in tae kwon do and a purple sash in Kung fu. I love to play all sports. Before my first boy I weighed 150 which was on the high side when healthy weight for me was 135. I have a medium frame and have never fit into anything smaller than a size ten. But I like a Well, here goes. I am 33 years young and have three boys (4,2, and 3months). I got up to 190 with my first and after I had him I came down to about 170. I hit 200 with my second boy. My third I climbed to 220 needless to say I was in awe. I am now down to 190 and hopeful. I am soooooo glad to find slim in 6. I actually know a few women who bought the program and lost a lot of weight. So I decided to try it and ordered my copy of Slim In Six. My goals simple to be fit, healthy, to have more energy and get my athletic body back.UPDATE: 01/14/07 I have lost another 5lbs and gained a lot of muscle and energy. I am still doing Turbo Jam and I have also added boxing to my training routines. I am really curious about P90X after seeing the infomercial. My goal now is 135lbs. I only have 15lbs to lose see you all in the 140s.

I don't know where to start. This has been a serious journey. I actually bought Slim in 6 in August of 04 and got half way through it and quit. So, I decided to push myself and started again Sept. 13th. I got on wowy and my success buddies where there to encourage me.(thanks kathy528) After about 3weeks into my journey I decided to weigh and measure myself. I was excited and amazed to see I had actually lost 10lbs and 7 ins. That kicked my butt into overdrive I was even more driven to lose at least 20lbs before it was over. The next weeks it was time for Burn it Up my most dreaded routine. I pushed my self everyday and soon it was time to fast for the month of Ramadan. I workout while it fasted and after the fast on some days. During the fast you cannot eat or drink during the daylight hours. Needless to say it was hard.
