Transformation in progress. Start date 7/09/08. 8/3/08-I have done three weeks and have noticed a lot more energy, flexibility, and some loss. I really need to improve on my diet. I do pretty good and have a good knowledge of how to eat. I enjoy eating fruits and veggies and healthy proteins. It is just the drink at the end of the day that I need to ween myself off of on a regular basis. My personal demon. I am not giving up. I will find a way to beat this.
