400lbs on the smith machine. I caught the flu and my schedule changed at work and I got off my workout routine for several months. Then, in the middle July and
I've fianlly gotten back on a workout schedule at home and started burning that fat! I Started my P90X program 7/25/08.
by Day 28 I dropped 13-lbs, down 2" in the hips, 1" in the waist, & 4% BF. Feeling Great!
By Day 56 down 21-lbs and 3" all around. This Program is Awesome! Day 90 dropped 23-lbs and 7% body fat.
Nov. 2, 08. Starting Round 2 on P90X!!
Did not make it! Tried again in January. Missed about 35 days total this round. Going to try it again now in starting up in April. Wish me luck!
