Since beginning TJ 150 days ago, I've lost 33 lbs, and a total of 34 inches off my body! :-) Very happy with the results!!!! I've added Slim in 6, YBB and jogging to vary up the routines. I've been on the weight loss roller coaster for over 10 years. Lost some, put it all back on & then some. I especially had a hard time after the birth of my son as he was delivered by C-section. I'm really not sure what exactly was the breaking point, other than I was tired. Tired of being tired, heavy, unmotivated and I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Today, I'm much happier, I can keep up with my kids playing outside, I'm more positive and overall a much healthier person. Like many others, I have health issues that run in my family like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and other things. I was at high risk for all of those things at the weight that I was and being inactive. Beachbody has completely changed that for me!!! Turbo Jam, Slim in 6 and Yoga Booty Ballet are the programs that I use and they are ALL awesome! I also recently got P90 Sculpt 3-4 and it is very intense as well. I use my treadmill & exercise bike as well. I'm active every day and I love it! I love the new me! Thank you God & thank you Beach Body!!!!!!!

11/18/09 Ok, starting over. Need to get back into the game & make it work. Starting slowly, 20 minute workouts to begin with and then will work my way up. We'll see how it goes. View Journal
