Every other month I am on 3 nights and 2 days for an entire month. That is why I am so glad I found P90X. I needed some structure that I could plug into different time slots. I have yo yo'ed in the past and am staying on course with this so far. My wife and I already did meal planning so this program fit like a glove. I am currently doing P90X Lean and am looking forward to seeing the results after 90 days. Then I am going to start P90X Classic.

My story really starts in 1996. I sprained my ankle and was ina cast for 3 months. I went from running 4 to 10 miles to zero and I jumped from 205 lbs to 250 lbs. 1997 I bought a recumbate bike to start off with then a treadmill followed. I have tried several diets and exercise programs. I retired from the Army in 1999 and the fitness became all on me. I was always part of the Army's Fit to Fight program. 2006 I started doing cardio and some other weight routine with dumbells. I lost but gained right back to 235 lb. The next event was my dad died in Dec 2002. My wife and I decided we were going to see the world and be in good physical shape. I saw a infomercial on Torbo Jam and went to Beach Body and browsed around. That is when I saw P90X. It has been great. I know I choose the right thing for me which was P90X Lean. It has been hard. I did the meal plan with calorie count. There are still things I can not do. I am not finished I am starting P90X Classic and expect to see more great results. The Beach Body site has been awesome. I have been inspired by Tony Horton especially since he turned 50 this year. The Texas P90X Warriors(Bobwire, Promascot, Builderup, 2 Shea plus Daniel Haas)
