I'm the fairly lucky super lazy guy. What I mean is I eat a ton of food that I try to keep fairly healthy but rarely shirk away from the foods that I should avoid when they cross my path. I'm "clinically obese" meaning I'm not huge, but my weight is negatively affecting my health. I have high blood pressure and hope to get off meds by getting in shape. I'm pumped up about P90X, because it's I'm the fairly lucky super lazy guy. I'm pumped up about P90X, because it's obviously not a quick fix or magic cure, but instead a healthy helping of "work your trash off to get real results." I'm looking forward to working with everyone else out there with similar goals.
