My name is Nick "The-Lunchbox" Baker, and I've always been a pretty big kid. As you can probably guess, from having a nick-name like "The Lunchbox" this is not a good start. I got the nickname from being able and willing to eat large quantities of food. During my childhood I was always in decent shape, but always fluffy around the edges. As you can probably guess, from having a nick-name like "The Lunchbox" this is not a good start. I got the nickname from being able and willing to eat large quantities of food. During my childhood I was always in decent shape, but always fluffy around the edges. I played sports, at about 215 lbs in high school I competed in the hurdles and throwing events so I had a good strength, although I'd never say I was comfortable with my shirt off. In college I played football and track but left sports after my first year due ot injuries, I was around 205 lbs at this point. I then turned to martial arts for a more methodical workout. In my later practices of martial arts I began competing in MMA in the heavyweight division starting at around 225 lbs and later competing at 260-280 lbs. Since college, I've been married to a beautiful girl who also knows how to cook and started working full time and the weight has continued to grow on me. Recently my day consists of working full time 8-5, going to class full time for my MBA 5:30-9pm evenings and running personal business on the weekends. So I have very little spare time and cooking / eating healthy has turned into fast food or quick fixes in the fridge. About 6 months to a year ago I started to notice that I was lettig my body go and this was no way to live life. I tried focusing more on working out but my efforts did little when compared to my eating habits. Well I saw the commercials for Power 90 and decided now is the time for a complete transformation. From this point on I'm committed to a healthy body and lifestyle that I can be proud of personally and a body that will ultimately aid me in a long life, enjoyment, and other beniftis within my own family, friends, and daily life.

Well after finally making the commitment and giving it my best I was able to make a huge difference, I feel like a brand new man and I love my new body. After being nearly 280lbs about a year ago I hit the 200 lb mark this July and enjoyed the new body all summer long, surprisingly, life is so much more enjoyable now. I'm not one for excuses, but I really let myself go... while all the working out and eathing healthy seems like a lot I never quit. Actually I was going to school full time for my MBA and working full time, so there is no reason anyone should have an excuse to not have time to work out, I'm living proof of this. Thanks to my awesome coach and all the people who cheered me on, the nicest thing is that I'm not done yet, my whole lifestyle has changed and it's just fantastic.
