Before trying P90X, I was an avid runner. After
an injury sidelined me for a couple of months, I became depressed and, like so many of us do, I gained weight. Once my injury healed, I wanted to try something different so I didn't injure myself again. Part of my injury was due to overuse. After seeing the infomercials for P90X, I was skeptical - "does this program really work?" So, I did a lot of research on the internet. I then decided to try P90X for myself, and I got the answer to my question - "YES, P90X really does work!!"

It is quite amazing the discipline P90X can teach you. The results are nothing short of amazing. I think if I had been running, it would have taken me twice as long for the same result (i.e. muscle confusion works!!). In fact, I don't think I could have gotten the same amount of muscle definition as I have with P90X. I graduated from the program in December. Although I only lost 15 pounds doing P90X, I went from almost 28% body fat to just under 22%. I have continued my journey by doing P90X+.

I am surprised at how P90X changed my life. I am more confident, healthier, more energetic, and just enjoy life more. Now, my focus is to help others make positive changes in their life.
