Welcome! My name is Tifany.
While playing volleyball a few years ago, I blew out my knee (torn ACL and meniscus). 3 surgeries later and weighing nearly 200 pounds, I decided I should take up running. I lost nearly 30 pounds, but found it was still a bit too much for my knees to take. That's when I finally turned to Beachbody and committed myself to a healthy lifestyle.

I am that classic wagon-faller-offer who always has the best of intentions at the get-go, but never finishes a program. I first bought Power 90 in early 2000, followed by Slim in 6 and then Yoga Booty Ballet. For whatever reason/excuse, I never made it to the finish line of any program.
In January 2007, I committed myself to working out 2-3 times a week, usually Power 90 Sweat, and following the top 2 tiers of Michi's Ladder. I saw great results in the year to follow. However, I wanted more.
Knowing a holiday to Ireland was looming, I committed to completing Power 90. Day 90 falls on the day I fly out and I have no doubt I will look incredible! I have already seen results in the first 30 days - to the tune of 8 pounds and 6.5 inches. I've received some great compliments and have recently started using Power 90 Master Series DVDs for that extra challenge. Not to mention, I could do 50 push-ups if you dared me to right now! :)
The health benefits have been amazing. I joined a volleyball league for some extra exercise fun. My knee has been pain-free and has grown stronger. A recently diagnosed sleep disorder left me lethargic and in bed by 8pm. My daily workouts have literally given me my life back. I have more energy and am so much more alert and productive throughout the day. Truly wonderful!
Beachbody has given me the tools to accomplish my goals. I follow Michi's Ladder to guide my eating, which I have found so easy to do. Power 90 is as simple as pushing play and the workouts are nothing short of enjoyable. The community on the message boards have helped me every step of the way. From encouragement to advice, my coach has been an invaluable resource to my success thus far.
Because of this, I signed up to be a coach myself. I want others to achieve in their goals, as I'm doing, and am here to offer motivation, support and advice. As a former athlete, I understand the importance of having someone in your corner pushing you to succeed. Let's do this together! :)
