Hello my name is Tim,Im 38 years old,6-3 and weigh 253 pounds currently and live in Chicago Illinois.I also work in law enforcement and im ready to commit myself to P90X.Before just a few short weeks ago my get up and go kinda got up and went due to the fact I wasnt eating right or making any healthy choices in my life.I said to myself its time for a change and wanted to first get the diet down because if I commit myself to something its full commitment and this is what I truly want.I was informed about P90X through my favorite musician and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet Jason Scheff of the music group Chicago and read his journey on MySpace.I saw the struggles he put down and what I also saw is the amazing transformation he has made and the energy he has now is incredible and he made me a true believer that P90X truly does work.Im really here for 3 reasons Mitchell who is 6 years old and currently battling ALL Leukemia,Madison who is 4 and my little angel and Nicholas who is going to be 2 in May but were getting the terrible twos early I guess lol. They are my reasons and I want to make Dad a healthy one and be able to feel good as well.I had an emergency back surgery in July of 2007 and have had stomach problems as well. The stomach problems are no doubt related to the poor diet but the back might always be a struggle with lingering sciatic nerve problems.Im going to hopefully change that and strengthen my core and eating healthier will allow for the stomach problems to go away too.I was a very fit person at one time or so I thought but Im going to need your help here like we all will at some point but from this point forward its total commitment.
