I am working hard to stay healthy and active because I
have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The drugs they
have today are helpful in slowing the disease, however
diet and exercise and using helpful supplements are also
necessary in fighting the disease. I've found Beachbody to
be a great ally in those areas.

I believe that health comes from taking care of body, mind
and soul. I've

Wow that was a great 90 day ride. I started out not being
able to keep up at all with Tony and his posse but by
the end I was hanging with them pretty tight.

I used the worksheets to chart my progress along the way and
it helped dramatically so that I knew how much to challenge
myself the next time I was lifting.

I dropped about 20 lbs of fat and replaced a lot of it with
muscle. Overall I am a lot stronger - especially in my
arms. I could barely do three pull-ups at the beginning and
now I can do 7. That may not seem like a big increase but
I've never done that many pull-ups before in my life.

What about the abs? I can go move for move on the ab-
ripper-X segment now. At first I thought it was impossible
to keep up with them. But I stuck with it and my abs are so
much stronger now. It feels good to have such a strong
core.

The 90 days taught me discipline as well. I was up in the
morning and with the help of my buddies I did the work,
pushed play and got moving. I did what I could do and
forgot the rest and still got good results.

The yoga was really the fun part. I thought Yoga was for
strange people but I now embrace it as a wonderful way to
exercise. I hope to explore the possibilities of Yoga more
in the future.

I also learned how to cook. My wife told me that if I
wanted to do this then I'd have to cook myself. She wasn't
going to do it for me. So I made my grocery list went to the
store and made the menu for the week. The recipes were so
easy to follow. I had a couple mistakes but all in
all my family and I enjoyed the meals set out in the
guidebook.

The best thing is that all of my clothes fit me nicely. I
can wear anything that I've ever owned and I don't feel fat
anymore. My wife has made it known to me that she is
impressed with the progress I've made over 90 days.

This is a nice transformation that I can keep building on.
I've developed good habits that are going to continue to pay
off down the road. Thanks Tony and everyone. It has been
fun working out with you. Just get some new jokes for next
time around. "You make gumby look like the tin man!" is
getting a little old.
