Now that the kids are a little older, I want to get serious again about toning and getting back into shape. My energy level isn't where I want it and with two very active boys in basketball, soccer and baseball....its not easy to make time for me! Between children I took a turbo class twice a week and in addition spent literally about 2 hours a day in the gym....I went from a size 10 to a very unhealthy size 4 for me. Gaining 60 pounds with the first child, I was pretty excited to get smaller than I had been since high school. Gaining 60 pounds with my second child as well, I have managed to get back down to a size 10. I would like to lose a little weight and my goal is mainly to feel good about myself again and get back to a size 8! I am not huge by any means, but I want to tone my problem areas and have more energy to keep up with those boys of mine!
