While watching TV late one night in February, 2007, I ran across this
infomercial for something called, "Hip Hop Abs."
Although doing a workout called Hip Hop Abs to get in shape, seemed really
far fetched to me. Being a woman in the "Prime" of her life, (I was soon to be
57 years old that June) and not feeling particularly happy about my body, but
knowing I needed to do something different
