I have just started investigating the Team Beach Body site. It's all new to me and I haven't gotten it figured out yet. I would like to find a buddy or two to help keep me motivated. I've messed around for years, but nothing too intense. Since May I focused on weight loss by walking. I've lost 23 pounds so far and want to finish the last 7. I'd like to pick up the pace and become more fit.

I'd like to pick up the pace and become more fit. I'm creeping up on the 50 mark and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life. I've also want to start biking. I got a taste of the Katy Trail and rode several miles. I would like to get in good enough shape to ride the whole thing. I just received my P90X and look forward to seeing what's it's all about.
