Hi! I am a 37 year old hospital cook from Minnesota. I have been overweight
for my whole life, and over the past 10 years or so, I have struggled to keep
my weight under control. I had almost no direction but I set up my own
workouts, gained muscle but never seemed to lose the fat. I was in shape for

Transformation Story

I started power 90 in april 12 doing the fat burning express. I went off track
on my diet once so far (on the first day) but since then i have been doing

I started power 90 in april 12 doing the fat burning express. I went off track
on my diet once so far (on the first day) but since then i have been doing
great. I workout on an empty stomach, I eat 5 meals a day, and i stick to the
healthy fresh foods recommended in the system. Two things have been
troubling me though,m I tend to stay up late, and end up getting about 5.5 to
6 hours of sleep per night. I think my performance and recovery would be
better if i got another 2 hours of sleep every night. I also eat a somewhat
larger portion of the foods then listed for a meal. I was way too hungry the
first couple days of the program. I plan on doing the entire power 90
program, the master series power 90 program, and then graduate to p90X!
My Family is going to freak out when they see the transformation that I have
undergone! Thank you Beachbody!! I owe you my life!

Update: 6-30-2009

I have finished 90 days of P90X!!! I look and feel better than I ever have dreamt possible. I can't wait to do my second round of P90X! I have really pushed hard these past 13 weeks. I have started dating a woman whom I beleive will be my wife. I love her more than anything. She is also committed to a healthy lifestyle. She has lost over 120 lbs in the past 16 months and is an absolute angel! We are helping each other along the road to health and happiness. She is about to finish P90 , then P90MS, then she is going to tackle the P90X. She will crush it! So, I guess the point of this is that I have found motivation through helping others, and that through helping others succeed , I feel happy and fulfilled. I feel that my ultimate goal doesn't end with myself, true happiness comes from sharing my passion with others, and finding solace, strength, and peace through their success. Thank you Beachbody, for giving me the tools i needed to succeed! I hope to pay it forward and continue helping others toward their goals!
