My name is Jaimee, I am a proud mommy to a 3 year old, and a proud military wife! I currently SAHM with my daughter, and would go crazy if I didn't dedicate myself to some kind of physical activity. I can't stand to sit around and do nothing! I feel like the pounds just add on when I do! So I like to be pretty active. I'm from Jacksonville FL, but now move where ever the military puts us. :)

I have always been into fitness, and have pretty much had a membership to a gym since I turned 18. I love fitness! Once I had my daughter, though, my body wasn't where I wanted it to be anymore. I had honestly thought the road to returning to normal was going to come easy! Boy was I wrong! It wasn't until 2.5 years after delivery that I was starting to feel like I was looking back to 'normal'. I'm actually at a lower weight now, than I was right before I got pregnant! Yay!
