I started working with Hip-Hop Abs after 2 weeks of walking, then 9 weeks of Hip-Hop Abs (started cardio into cardio+abs into total body burn). 3/25/09 I think I'm ready to add P90X as primary. I still do Hip-Hop in the am. Day 4 of PX90, not so good at the PX YET. It's definitely a building process and a major challenge. I sure do feel a LOT stronger after only 4 days. I can't even make it though a lot of it but I'll just keep pushin.
