Hey, everybody! My name is Trish, and I'm in Mississippi. I'm certified in Pilates and Yoga and working on my certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer. I gained weight after Hurricane Katrina due to stress and eating the military MRE's -- we were grateful for food, but as we ate them 2 or 3 times day, we didn't realize each one of the meals was about 3,000 calories. If that weren't enough, Hey, everybody! My name is Trish, and I'm in Mississippi. I'm certified in Pilates and Yoga and working on my certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer. If that weren't enough, the stress and weight gain made my thyroid declare mutiny on my body. But enough is enough! So I've got my dance and exercise background as my foundation and my Irish determination as my fuel, and I'm on my way back down to my pre-Katrina weight. I've bought Turbo Jam, 10-Minute Trainer, and Hip Hop Abs. Also, I just signed up to be a BeachBody Coach. I know all the how-to's and what I should-do's, now I'm making myself accountable. Join me on the journey back to being healthy!!!

I talked with my Coach this morning (yes, even the Coaches have Coaches), and I whole-heartedly feel and KNOW I've made the right decision to become a Beachbody Coach. We make mistakes. We go through bad times. We're all human. But we don't have to be miserable and unhealthy in our lives and bad examples for our children. Transformation, initiated. Moving forward...
