I gained weight after Hurricane Katrina due to stress and eating the military MRE's -- we were grateful for food, but as we ate them 2 or 3 times day, we didn't realize each one of the meals was about 3,000 calories. I talked with my Coach this morning (yes, even the Coaches have Coaches), and I whole-heartedly feel and KNOW I've made the right decision to become a Beachbody Coach. We make mistakes.
