I have sabotaged my efforts for the last time. I've seen the results of others and I know it can work for me. It will work, if 'I' work it.
There have been so many things in my life that knocked me down. So I built a wall (who am I kidding, it's a fortress) around myself to keep everyone at arms length. Can't get hurt if I don't get close. WRONG! I hurt everyday. I am lonely, out of shape, and probably will have some deathly illness if I don't do something now. My story is not new but my resolve to conquer this self defeating person is new and it's strong. I've been in this cocoon long enough, it's time for the butterfly to emerge. Strong and beautiful!
