I started aerobic classes at age 24 when I was exchanging a bad habit (smoking) for a good habit. I started my own behavior modification program. I did step aerobics and later began the "Body for Life" program with weights. I started that in 2005. I was introduced to Turbo Jam in 2006 and then started the Turbo Jam with weight gloves in 2007. I am now 51 yrs of age and maintain a weight of 143 and

I have been a widow for 7 yrs now and work full time. I am ready to reverse the aging process. I constantly try to improve my eating habits which is the hardest to maintain because I love chocolate.
