I started aerobic classes at age 24 when I was exchanging a bad habit (smoking) for a good habit. I started my own behavior modification program. I did step aerobics and later began the "Body for Life" program with weights. I started that in 2005. I was introduced to Turbo Jam in 2006 and then started the Turbo Jam with weight gloves in 2007.
