Hi, I'm Rhonda Jordan. I have lived in Colorado about 30 years having lived in the Denver area a number of years and back to live in the Colorado Springs area working with EXIT On Time Realty.
One of my passions is health & fitness, and helping others to achieve their goals.
I am 59, I also do martial arts, love outdoor sports, hiking, etc., but often those workouts are few and far between. Hi, I'm Rhonda Jordan. I understand the challenges people face in finding the balance between staying motivated or sitting on the sofa. I love Beach Body and the virtual gym. As we all know there are so many times when we wouldn't work out, spend the time going to the gym or to whatever your program of choice might be.
Knowing that My Coach will help keep me on track if I'm not working out helps me to "Push Play." And always so glad afterward. The time goes by so quickly, and I feel so much better after that workout. I can feel the progress.
Seeing that there are so many others around the country working out at the same time is like really being part of the fitness family.
By me coaching and helping to encourage others and help keep them motivated, helps me too!
And the chance at prizes for working out, doesn't hurt either! What could be better?!

About 12 years ago I actually was a model of fitness, 118 pounds, size 4, the swimsuit shot and everything. So actually my photos would be backward, swimsuit before, bulky sweater after!
An unfortunate turn of events with illness, numerous life changes, career change, has led to an ongoing journey to regain health & fitness. I absolutely do know how hard it is to regain strength, stamina, fitness, and to achieve those goals.
The home workouts help make the hiking and other sports so much easier so that it's not like starting from scratch each time.
I am a work in progress, having recently made a commitment to get back on track. I am determined to rebuild the cardio, strength & stamina.

Progress 30 days: After 30 days, I was happy with having lost 3.25 inches and 4 pounds. My workouts were a bit irregular, and not following any dietary program. I have numerous allergies which makes that aspect more challenging. I definitely should have done the before photo showing arms as I now have arm muscles! Yeah!!!!
