I began p90x on Aug. 17 and I WILL get results. Failure, I have decided, is not an option. I want to take the opportunity I have right now to change my lifestyle, and make an investment in a much healthier future.
I'll do my best, and forget the rest!!!

I've come to the end of my first week with p90x and survived. I feel that is an accomplishment in itself. I feel good about the work that I've done, and I am confident that my ability to perform the workouts will improve next week. The diet has not been as tough as expected. I think I've been reasonably good, with only minor mistakes which won't be repeated. Looking forward to my 30 day results, whatever they may be!
