I've never been very athletic and it shows. I'm 22, just graduated from college, and I am about to go back to school to begin my master's. Although I've never been extremely overweight, I was definitely "chubby" when I hit puberty and it took some time to lose those pounds. I've always wanted to feel more comfortable about my appearance and fitness level, and after some hesitation I have I've never been very athletic and it shows. I've always wanted to feel more comfortable about my appearance and fitness level, and after some hesitation I have decided that it's time to do something about it.
I've been blessed with a girlfriend who is always telling me that she likes the way I look already, but I know that I can be better. I've decided to do this for me. I want to build muscle and lose the last bit of extra weight that is still clinging to my midsection and back. I want to see more definition through my chest and abs. I know that I can do this so long as I stay motivated and accountable for my workouts and diet. That is why I decided to join teambeachbody.com.
I begin P90X in two weeks once I've moved into my new apartment. I plan on starting Aug. 17. I'm looking forward to getting on track to a much leaner, fitter me!

I began p90x on Aug. 17 and I WILL get results. Failure, I have decided, is not an option. I want to take the opportunity I have right now to change my lifestyle, and make an investment in a much healthier future. I'll do my best, and forget the rest!!!
I've come to the end of my first week with p90x and survived. I feel that is an accomplishment in itself. I feel good about the work that I've done, and I am confident that my ability to perform the workouts will improve next week. The diet has not been as tough as expected. I think I've been reasonably good, with only minor mistakes which won't be repeated. Looking forward to my 30 day results, whatever they may be!
