Richland, WA When I was in High school I wrestled and ran track, had a 28 inch waist and weighed 128 pounds. Now I am 54 Years old and way out of shape. I am 5'4" tall and have a pot belly,38 inch waist, and get winded when I climb the one flight of stairs up to my apartment. My goal is to get back into shape and get back into running 2 miles per day like I use to.
