Hi! I am not only an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, I'm a customer! I have been working with Beachbody over 2 years continuously and successfully. I have now made fitness and nutrition an important part of my life. I've also been a Beachbody Member since 2001, when I started with P90. Later I bought the Slim in 6 when it came out. So, I have been using and recommending these programs

In August 2007 my girlfriend decided we should go running to start working

In August 2007 my girlfriend decided we should go running to start working
out. She just had her baby and needed to get in shape. I just needed to get
moving again, I was to lazy for to long and it was starting to show. My
girlfriend was the start of my current fitness madness.

First I start running (more like a walk/jog) eventually making it up to a nice 3
mile or more run every other day or so. Then I decided I better start eating
better. To begin with, I basically said goodbye to the sugar and paid
attention to portion sizes! This started my weight loss. As slow as it was, 5
pounds seem to go away in the first month.

I started Slim in 6 again (I previously tried SN6 about 2 years ago).
This time, I was determined to finished it. After the 42 days of SN6 I was
down about 8.5+ inches and another 10 lbs.

Since I've completed SN6, I did P90X, then I decided to do some Turbo
Jam/Hip Hop Abs for a few months. Then I did more P90X. After awhile I
changed it up and decided to do a round of slim training with Debbie's Slim
Series. I like variety in my workouts! I like to commit to working out and
having fun. This is why I love Beachbody and all the different workouts.
There is never time to get bored and I always seem to find a workout that fits
my mood for the day!

Since August when I started running, I have lost almost 30 lbs and countless
inches. I have dropped numerous pants sizes. For a while, I was going down
1 pants size every month and a half. This makes shopping fun! Today I am
still going strong on my health and fitness track! I would never have thought
I would be at a size 4 pants! Never in a million years when I started did I
think I would be here today!

I currently doing a new round of P90X. My current goal is to try and get some
real definition in my abs! I just want to continue to shape and tone my body!
